Artist of the week
Kamil Gos, born 1989. The artist's work stems from his professional experience with a fascination for light. He translated this inspiration into abstract painting, developing a unique technique. His paintings combine the effect of contrasting blurring of forms with multidimensional depth, achieved through the use of thick layers of paint and a subtle play of light and shade. The subject matter of the works often refers to various emotional states, which, using light and space, provoke the viewer to individual interpretation.
