Maria Adamus-Biskupska
Maria Adamus Biskupska was born in 1966. She graduated from the Painting Department of the Krakow Academy of Fine Arts in the studio of prof. Włodzimierz Kunz. In 1991 she received a diploma with distinction and an award for the best diploma of the Painting Department of the Krakow Academy of Fine Arts.
In 1990-1991 she studied at the Akademie der Bildenden Kuenste in Nuremberg in the studio of prof. Georg Karl Pfahler, and a year later she completed a painting scholarship in Granada awarded to her by the League of European Cities.
The artist has completed around 20 individual exhibitions, including in Poland, Switzerland, Germany and Spain. She also took part in many collective exhibitions in Poland, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Switzerland and Spain. Her works are in private and state collections in Poland and abroad.
