Work inspired by the longing for colors, sun and warm holidays in Italy. It has pleasant colors and a slightly infantile style, which gives the impression of carefree and freedom, the impression of a vacation. Looking at him, you can feel relaxation and peace, an atmosphere of waiting for the evening, a cooler time of the day, relief after a hard day.
Picture painted on strong 360-weight cotton canvas, dimensions 30x90x2 cm, triple primed, with Winsor & Newton oil paints, secured with a satin varnish. The sides of the picture are painted black, so a frame is not necessary. for transport, the image is secured with bubble wrap, oasis with cardboard and packed in a box.
Oil Technique: Essentially, the recipe for producing these paints did not change for over 300 years, until the early 20th century. The first important change was the start of "packing" in lead-tin tubes (which allowed for trouble-free transfer of paints outdoors - this technological solution significantly influenced the development of impressionism), and then aluminum. In the course of further development, in order to reduce the price of paints, most of the natural pigments were gradually replaced with synthetic pigments (this process was initiated in the 19th century and was completed in the 1950s). At the end of the 20th century, a technological breakthrough was made, creating water-based oil paints, which made many artists return to this technique because these paints became less toxic and did not sensitize allergy artists.
