Inspired by Krakow and its atmosphere, the painting from the CITY WAKES UP series shows a yard in Krakow's Kazimierz, in the distance the tower of the Corpus Christi church, there were stables in this yard, here the horses of the inhabitants of Kazimierz are resting, and now there is a restaurant.
 Picture painted with professional watercolor paints of the highest durability on 300 g cotton paper, framed in white passe-pertout, dimensions 40x50 cm, packed in bubble wrap and thick cardboard for transport.

Watercolor: A technique that requires the use of unique, individual artistic solutions, it consists in painting with a water suspension on an absorbent base - most often on cellulose or cotton paper. Diluted pigments do not completely cover the texture of the paper, but leave it clearly visible. For this reason, the effect is greatly influenced by the color and texture of the paper itself
Watercolor is one of the painting techniques that uses watercolor paints - that is, water-based paints. Airy and luminous from an artistic point of view, and equally attractive from a collector's point of view. Paper is usually used as a backing, usually specialized, textural.Painting consists in gradually applying thin, almost transparent layers of paint through which the substrate pierces. This technique is considered to be one of the most difficult, because it requires incredible precision and accuracy in applying paints to the paper, which, due to its properties, causes problems and there is no possibility of making corrections.
The watercolor is almost impossible to make corrections and retouching. In particular, the painted part cannot be removed, but only slightly modified by coating with successive layers or removing part of the pigment by scrubbing or washing the paper.
