Ahmad Abou Zainah

Ahmad Abou Zainah was born 1944 in Syria. Studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts at Damascus University. 1970 Master degree in Fine Arts. Member of the Syrian Fine Art Union. Since 1972 numerous solo and group exhibitions as well as symposia in Syria and abroad. In 2016 participation in a symposium in India.

Awarded several times by the Syrian Ministry of Education and the Arts. In 2010 awarded with the 1st gold prize, Al-Kharafi Biennial for Contemporary Arab Art, Kuwait. Works are collected by the Syrian National Art Museum and the Syrian Ministry of Education and the Arts. Numerous works are represented in private collections in countries of the
Arab World, Europe, USA and many other countries.

Ahmad Abou Zainah lives in Damascus.
