How to bid?

Here, you’ll find all the information you need to take part in an auction. Just a few steps stand between you and the adventure of collecting art and growing your collection with unique pieces.
Responding to the needs of our clients, we offer four ways of participating in the auction. Which one will you choose?
In-Person Bidding
- Visit our headquarters at Aleje Jerozolimskie 107 in Warsaw by 7:00 PM on the auction day
- Pick up and fill out the auction form.
- Take a seat in the auction room and place your bids by raising your number.
- Pay for the artwork and take it home just after the auction or opt for later payment and have the painting or sculpture delivered to your home.
Phone Bidding
- Select an artwork from the catalog.
- On the displayed page, click the "Place an Order" button, and then choose the "Phone" bidding option.
- About 30 minutes before the auction, we will call the phone number you provided to confirm your participation.
- During the bidding of your selected artworks, we will call you and keep you informed about the auction’s progress. With the help of our staff you will be able to submit your bids in real-time.
- Collect the artwork in person or opt for courier delivery.
Limit Order Bidding
- Select an artwork from the catalog.
- On the displayed page, click the "Place an Order" button, and then choose the "Limit" bidding option.
- During the auction, we will bid on your selected artwork on your behalf, following the increments of the auction, either until the artwork is won or your set limit is reached.
- Collect the artwork in person or choose courier delivery or transport by our team.
Online Bidding
- Register on one of the selected platforms (onebid.pl, artinfo.pl, invaluable.com).
- Choose an artwork and either place a bid with your proposed maximum price or participate in real-time bidding during the auction.
- Collect the artwork in person or opt for courier delivery.
Remember that auctions are conducted publicly, and winning a bid is considered a binding agreement, with no option to withdraw from it, regardless of the method of participation.
