Anna Świtalska-Jończyk
Anna Świtalska-Jończyk was born in 1987 in Warsaw. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (Painting, 2011). He deals with painting (mainly acrylic and watercolor techniques) and wall painting (large-format murals). The most important individual exhibitions: Imaginarium (Autograf gallery, Warsaw, 2017), The Fifth Żywioł (Żywa gallery, Warsaw, 2015), Interiors (Elektor gallery, Warsaw, 2012), Painting (Ether gallery, Warsaw, 2011). The most important group exhibitions: 7 points of view (Pracownia Artystyczna Leszno 32, Warsaw / Night of Museums, 2019), Osten Biennal of Drawing (Galeria Osten, Skopje, 2014), Grainy structure of matter (Jagiellonian University, Krakow, 2017), Animalis (Galeria MM , Chorzów, 2011), Hestia's Artistic Journey - exhibition of the finalists (Państwowa Galeria Sztuki, Sopot, 2010). Awards and distinctions won: 2nd place at the 2nd Animalis Triennial (Chorzów, 2011), honorable mention (F. Eibisch Foundation Award, Warsaw, 2013). The artist lives and works in Warsaw.
