Barbara Gulbinowicz

She was born 1958 in small town in Lower Silesia. She studied Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, in the Studio of prof Józef Hałas. Her diploma was earned in 1988. She uses oil, acrylic, watercolour and mixed technique. From art she expects truth and beauty. Finding them in reality, the artist maintains it with colours, light and texture. She appreciates technique, fluency and ease of an artistic gesture. Her every realistic painting contain symbolic element and beside the estetical layer, it has a spiritual side oriented to make life stronger. At the same time, her paintings and songs composed by her and sang during exhibition openings, create her own portrait with inner scenery.
