Bart Dyrcz was born in 1977 in Zakopane. He graduated from the Fine Arts High School in Nowy Wiśnicz, and then studied at the University of Silesia in Cieszyn at the Faculty of Artistic Graphics (diploma in the studio of Eugeniusz Delekta). He also attended the Film School at the Downtown Cultural Center in Krakow, and also completed a course in Japanese Calligraphy at Masakazu Myianaga (Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology in Krakow). He was awarded the Pro Patria medal for publications and historical activities.

He works with acrylic and oil paints on paper, canvas or plywood using an ATM card (instead of putty), less often a brush. Author of two cycles of paintings - Psalms and Meditations, consisting of compositions similar to figurative representations, created by the artist in the spirit of organic and geometric abstraction, with a high charge of expression, emotions, often very dynamic or reflective, appealing to the viewer with the play of colors, lights and shapes, sometimes show strong and clear connections with music.

Images are often intersected, so to speak, "disturbed" vigorously flowing lines and points ("photons", "electrons") flowing in different directions, giving life and dynamism to the whole composition. Paintings created since 2019 are compositions composed of squares. Artist presents simplified to the maximum geometrical figures exposed on a contrasting background. The number of colors used in individual works ranges from two to four. Squere Line Paintings is a path consciously chosen by the painter. The squares are created in the studio at Tokarnia Myślenicka.
