Celina Kununnikava
Celina Kanunnikava was born in 19988. She is a graduate of the University of Arts in Poznań at the Faculty of Painting and Drawing under the supervision of Dominik Lejman.
The main inspiration for her works of art is, among others architecture and political situation in Belarus. She paints, among others monumental architecture, characteristic of totalitarian regimes, including socialist realism. It shows gigantic buildings of various types of offices, ministries, command points, prisons, administrative headquarters, archives and propaganda media headquarters. The theme of impenetrable blackness is repeated in many of her paintings. She often refers to photographic or documentary images [4].

2019 - 3rd prize winner at the 11th Triennial of Small Painting Forms in Toruń,
2017 - Winner of the Young Art Medal in the field of visual arts, Poznań
2016 - Winner of the Award of the President of the City of Wrocław during the 12th Geppert Competition, Wrocław
2015 - Organization and participation in the international artistic charity auction "Save Lohvinau Auction" to save the only independent Belarusian bookstore Lohvinau.
2015 - Finalist of the International Painting Competition of the Trzy Mosty Foundation, Warsaw
2014 - Distinction in the 2014 Leszno Presentations, Leszno
2014 - Finalist of the Maria Dokowicz 2014, Poznań
2014 - Participation in the competition and exhibition Best Diplomas 2014 in Gdańsk
2014 - Main prize in the competition Nowy Obraz / Nowe Spojrzenie 2014, Poznań
