Elżbieta Ponińska

Elżbieta Ponińska - The adventure with a brush and a palette began at the end of 1998. From then on, painting became commonplace. She graduated from the Fine Arts College in Poznań. Member of the Association of Artists and Designers, the Association of Artists of Wielkopolska and the Ekoart Association in Poznań. Participant of several national and international painting workshops. She has presented her works at around 100 collective exhibitions in Poland and abroad, and at 23 individual exhibitions. In her work, she draws inspiration from nature, the close surroundings are a garden, forests of the Notecka Forest, numerous lakes and meadows along the Warta river. Field bouquets are an endless topic of painting inspiration. One of the art critics said "mistress of flowers", despite this, she constantly takes up new topics, her creativity is very diverse. She is constantly looking for new means of expression to express her inner world on canvas. For social activity and creativity, she has been awarded several times: regional statuettes - "Cultural Creator", "Cultural Artist and Activist"; honorary badge "For merits for the Wielkopolska region" (2008). Honorary badge "Meritorious for Polish Culture" (2009).
