Filip Tomiec

(Born in 1990 in Kalisz), an independent creator of oil painting. His works represent an expressive marriage of nature with the material world. In a refined manner, he narrates the beauty and drama of contemporary life. Through painting, he expresses himself and his spiritual journey. His painterly language is a colorful and expressive contrast - full of brushstrokes, cracks, and impastos combined with a simple, realistic form. He runs his own painting studio in Charzykowy. He has participated in several local group and solo exhibitions. He made his debut in 2017 at the Chojnice House of Culture. He is a co-author of two murals in Chojnice, for which he received the Achievement of the Year 2020-21 award organized by the Promotion of the Chojnice Region and the Mayor of Chojnice Award.
