B. 1951 Born in 1951 in Żary, near Żagań. He studied at the State Higher School of Fine Arts (now Academy of Fine Arts ) in Poznan at the Faculty of Painting, Graphic Arts and Sculpture at the Workshop Graphics. He received a degree in lithography under the supervision of prof. Lucjan Mianowski. In the 1980s he was involved in graphic design, drawing and painting. A stay in France (2001 and 2003), and a lots of trips to Italy, Spain and England, have been reflected in his work. In his paintings he moves within a broadly defined urban context. He is also interested in landscape, nature and the people. In his paintings references to pop art, magical realism or surrealism can be found. His works are included in the collection of the Polish Army Museum, the Museum of the Museum of the Polish Paesant Movement and the Museum of Sport.
