Iwan Kulik
Born 1959, Leszczilka near Cherkass
Drawing has been his passion since childhood - he is a graduate of the Painting Department of the Pedagogical University in Dnipropetrovsk. He also graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Kharkiv. He has been working and living in Poland since 1990.
Since 2021, he has been creating gouaches inspired by literature (they were used as illustrations to "The Master and Margarita", "Don Quixote", "Animal Farm"). In 1991, the artist's first individual exhibition in Poland took place at the Seym of the Republic of Poland. Following exhibitions were held in Warsaw, Łódź and Vienna.
In 2001, the Italian vineyard Cormons invited the artist to design a label for "Vino della Pace".
