Iwona Wojewoda-Jedynak

Iwona Wojewoda-Jedynak was born in 1976 in Łomża. She graduated from the Secondary School of Art in Supraśl and studies at the Painting Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (1997-2002). She received a diploma with honors in the Studio of Artistic Fabrics of prof. Wojciech Sadley, in the Painting Studio of prof. Zbigniew Gostomski and in the Studio of Visual Structures of prof. Jacek Dyrzyński. In 2001, a scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. In 2002, she was distinguished for the best diploma thesis at the Faculty of Painting by Ewa Tomaszewska, a member of the Presidium of the National Committee of NSZZ "Solidarność" and an award granted by the company "Mostostal" for the best diploma thesis. In 2004, she received the fourth distinction in the "Image of the year 2003" competition organized by "Art & Business" and an honorary distinction awarded by the Franciszki Eibisch.
