The artist was born in 1956. He comes from a painting family (his parents were artists, his brother Tomasz also works in painting), he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, he defended his diploma in 1980 at the Faculty of Interior Design.
Jakub Dominik has over 40 individual exhibitions. He also participated in collective exhibitions around the world - including in Poland, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, France and Japan.
