Jarosław Denysenko
Jarosław Denysenko was born in 1953 in Krakow, since 1965 he has lived in Warsaw. He has been photographing since 1972, and in 1973-1985 he was active in the 6x6 Club in Warsaw. He is a member of ZPAF since 1980, he was awarded the Artistic Council Award for the best debut of the year, he holds the title of A.FIAP.
In 1980 he was awarded by the Minister of Culture and Arts an honorary diploma for achievements in promoting culture.
In the years 1972–78 he dealt with photography on children's subjects - he participated in many exhibitions and competitions, winning numerous awards and distinctions. In the years 1975–81 he practiced socially engaged photography (then also called sociological) in the sense of the author's subjective response to the environment. From 1977 to the present, he has been dealing with portraiture and female nude.
In 1980-92, as a cinematographer, he had a significant position on the Polish market of occasional and advertising calendars. Currently he is more widely involved in utilitarian and advertising photography.
