Jolanta Ziółkowska

Jolanta Ziółkowska - born November 16, 1970. Graduate of the Institute of Art of the University of Silesia in Katowice, branch in Cieszyn. In 2001, she obtained a diploma in graphic arts (linocut) in the studio of prof. Eugeniusz Delekta. She also completed postgraduate studies in computer graphics at the above-mentioned university in the studio of prof. Małgorzata Łuszczak. The artist deals with painting, drawing and computer graphics. Its aim is to cover many topics using various techniques. The paintings sometimes emanate with expressive and decisive colors and sometimes have an almost monochromatic color palette. According to the words of Pablo Picasso - "If there was only one truth, it would not be possible to paint a hundred paintings on the same topic..." she enters into a dialogue with popular issues in art, trying to present them in her own, individual way. The artist's paintings can be found in private Polish and foreign collections.
