Kamil Jaczyński

Kamil Jaczyński  - Born in 1981. A visual artist, professionally associated with the music industry. He lives and works in the Praga district of Warsaw. Lecturer and specialist in public relations and music marketing.

Member of the Phonographic Academy and the Association of Polish Artists and Designers ZPAP SU. His artistic work can be broadly understood as neo-expressionism which he creates with the use of mixed media. Most often acrylic paints and inks, spray paints, markers and collage. The subject matter of his works is usually a man exposed to various distinctive deformations. It is a colorful kaleidoscope of emotions and characters resulting from everyday observations transferred to paper and canvas. In his paintings, he often comments on current events and at the same time refers to the works of the science fiction genre, especially those with a dystopian character. His inspirations include the work of artists such as: Jean-Michel Basquiat, Karel Appel and Shalom Neuman Thomas. 

In 2019, Kamil Jaczyński was the author of the graphics for the 9th edition of the "Media i Sztuka" festival in Darłowo, where he additionally presented 180 selected artworks at an individual exhibition and created a live mural. He has also made album covers, among others, for the album Eskaubei & Tomasz Nowak Quartet "Sweet Spot" published by the Polish Jazz Foundation and the ''Muzyczny Tyrmand'' project by the same artists. At the end of 2020, he also painted cover paintings for Polish rapper Jano Polska Wersja for the album titled "Hipnoza". 

So far, he took part in more than 10 individual and about 30 group exhibitions, including the international review of modern art "Kiodygresy 2020". The artist's works also appear at auctions and exhibitions of various galleries. His works have been published in foreign magazines: Sapho Graf from Chile, Diafano Mag from Spain, and more and more often are bought by private collectors all over the world.
