Marek Hołda

Marek Hołda was born in 1956. The motifs in his works are architecture and genre scenes from the Miechow region. He paints both landscapes and battle scenes. However, his greatest fascination is horses - those that come to life thanks to the Artist's imagination in the images he creates, and those that really exist. A great lover of horses and equestrianism - he is also professionally associated with horses as a riding instructor at the Horse Stud in Udorz. Marek Hołda is a talented and extremely hard-working artist.

He has an impressive artistic output - over a thousand canvases. He began his career under the guidance of his friend - painter Roman Breitenwald. He constantly improves his artistic skills, supplementing it with reliable historical knowledge - studies on the material culture of a given era, weapons, uniforms and customs. He takes part in national and international painting workshops.
