Marta Dunal

Marta Dunal was born in 1989 in Częstochowa. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. 

She is a drawer, painter, author of installations and utility objects. In her work, she explores the process of creating a work of art. She expresses her emotions and explores the world beyond thoughts - an ephemeral world, sometimes incomprehensible and elusive, and on the other hand, multicolored and positive.

The artist expresses her strength through an intense selection of colors and structures. Analysis of feelings and thoughts appears in the structure. In some places they are light and expressive, in others they are strong and bold. 3D depth shows a certain change in the artist's way of thinking, a transformation she is going through. In previous collections there are also structures, but there is no central light, but only the analysis of feelings through their rhythmic arrangement and an attempt to understand them. The artist goes beyond the boundaries of painting by sculpting structures on canvas. In this way, a new dimension, a new reality, emerges.

She has participated in collective and individual exhibitions in Poland and abroad. She cooperates with art galleries in Poland and abroad, including: with an art gallery from Italy based in Padua. She appeared with four paintings at the art fair in Italy - Arte Fiera Dolomiti in May 2021. She will show her paintings at art fairs in Italy with the "structures" collection in August 2021. She cooperates with an art gallery based in Hong Kong. She sends his works abroad among others Mexico, Netherlands, Germany, Italy. Individual and collective exhibitions in Częstochowa, Warsaw and Krakow.
