Michał Powałka

Born in 1984 in Czeladź, from 2003 to 2004 studied at Graphics Facility of School of Art and Design in Łódź (designing and photography). From 2004 to 2009 he studied at Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, Facility of Graphics, speciality in graphics designing. In 2009 he obtained master diploma (series of illustrated books “Tells of Heavenly Order”), under guidance of prof. Tomasz Jury in his studio of illustration and drawing, annex (“Net of rooms”) in painting studio of Zbigniew Blukacz and master diploma work, titled “Illustration of European book – sources of its creations” under guidance of Dorota Głazek. Till 2015 he had been involved in artistic activities and designing (freelance) in Italy and Poland.
