Michał Świder
Michał Świder graduated from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in 1990. He studied graphics and painting with Zbysław Marek Maciejewski and Janina Kraupe-Świderska. After graduation, he was a lecturer at his home Academy of Fine Arts for a short time. He was a scholarship holder of the Donation of doc. Adam Siemianowicz (Krakow, 1988), The Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation (Montreal, Canada, 1990) and Stage Internazionale sull′Affresco (Fabriano, Italy, 1993). In his work, he referred to symbolism, modernism, the art of the Italian artist and the Far East. He used traditional techniques to create atmospheric paintings with precise drawings and subtle colors.
