Mieczysław Kozłowski

Mieczysław Kozłowski was born in 1952. He is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where he studied in two studios: under Professor Stanisław Kulon and Professor Tadeusz Łodziany. He also served as an assistant professor at his alma mater. In 2011, he was awarded a doctoral degree in the field of visual arts.

The artist primarily focuses on sculpture. From 2008 to 2022, he led the Bronze Studio at the Sculpture Department, incorporating his own program. He presents his creations in bronze, stone, and aluminum at both national and international exhibitions, with their semantic message defined by cycles titled "Traces" and "Found by the Roadside."
