Renata Nastula

From an early age she spent every free moment drawing and painting. Currently, she creates works mainly on canvas, although she also likes paper and dry pastels. She prefers acrylic paints of excellent quality, regretting that they do not have the characteristic smell of fresh oil painting, which invariably brings back childhood memories. Each of her paintings has a unique texture, that way the light becomes the co-creator of the final visual effect.

People are the main motive in her work. Primarily women with distinctive accessories such as hats, handbags, high heels and any other attributes of femininity. She also paints children, which can be noticed while looking at the gallery of her works. Usually the people in the paintings do not have visible faces, so that you can imagine they're your loved ones, recall memories, the charm of holidays and past moments.

The artist has been cooperating with the Art in House gallery since 2020.
