Sabina Lonty

Sabina Lonty was born in 1945 in Gdańsk. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk - she obtained her diploma in 1972. She primarily creates landscapes that lie on the border of abstraction and realism, and she draws inspiration for creating from travel. Since 1994, it has had its own permanent exhibition at the Lonty Petry Gallery in the Grabówka district in Częstochowa.

She has had many individual exhibitions in Poland and abroad, incl. in the United States, the Netherlands, Sweden, Greece and Germany. She is also a laureate of many awards.
