Wiktor Zinn
Wiktor Zin was born on September 14, 1925 in Hrubieszów, died on May 17, 2007 in Rzeszów. He graduated in architecture from the Polytechnic Faculties of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. In 1952 he obtained a doctorate and in 1979 a full professor. He was the main architect of Krakow (1958–1964), head of research of the Old Town Complex of Krakow (1960–1975), chairman of the Krakow Conservation Commission (1970–1978), president and vice-president of the Society of Lovers of History and Monuments of Krakow. He gained popularity by hosting a series of Polish Television programs "Piórkiem i coal". He also dealt with theater scenography, watercolors and poetry.
