Death of Demeter, 2023

Demeter - sister of Zeus, powerful, good to people goddess of fields and orchards, Mother Earth. In this myth, Demeter is primarily Kora's loving mother, devastated by the loss of her daughter. She couldn't bear the separation, she missed Kora very much. She walked through the world, weeping bitterly. The whole earth mourned with her. The goddess walked dressed in a modest robe and held blackened ears of grain in her hand - a sign of mourning. She was very afraid for her daughter, she didn't know what had happened to her. Demeter loved Kora with a fierce motherly love. She couldn't come to terms with the loss of her daughter. She endured suffering and discomfort to find her beloved Kora. She was patient and stubborn. She searched every inch of land.
