Street art paintings by Michał Mąka in the Andel’s Art Gallery
We cordially invite you to the exhibition of the gallery of paintings by the Polish artist Michał Mąka, who was the first Polish artist to paint murals at American festivals: Pow! Wow! in 2017 and Beyond Walls at Lynn in 2018). His painting style refers to the so-called glitch art, graffuturism and kinetic art.

Digital Gods – painting gallery
Michał Mąka’s gallery of paintings entitled “Digital Gods” is a presentation of paintings made on canvas being a provocative combination of ancient gods with virtual reality. They are a reflection on which direction art is currently heading and how its conventions change against the background of history and current world events.
Michał Mąka was born in 1989. He graduated from the Faculty of Pedagogy and Arts of the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań – the branch in Kalisz. He creates paintings painted on canvas, graphics, photography as well as street art. A characteristic feature of his work is based on sprays and self-made templates.
His paintings made on canvas have already been presented in many places in Poland and in the world, including in Warsaw, Kalisz, Poznań, Gdańsk, Wrocław, London, Berlin, New York and Boston.

For Michał Mąka, his picture gallery is a reflection of the condition of modern world and the man living in it. He does not agree to double standards, media manipulation and running after sensation and publicity. He is a pacifist.
The curator of the gallery of paintings by Michał Mąka in Łódź is the owner of the Art in House Auction House, Anita Wolszczak-Karasiewicz.
The “Digital Gods” picture gallery will be open until October 16, 2019.
