Bogusław Fleck
Boguslaw Fleck was born in 1956 in Sopot. He is a graduate of the Berlin Hochschule der Künste (Department of Visual Communication and Industrial Forms). He has lived in Berlin since 1980.
Since graduating, he professionally implements utility projects as a graphic designer, while at the same time exploring various techniques of artistic expression. In the sphere of art, he is involved pro publico bono, as a curator of the exhibitions of the "Gallery of the University of Three Generations" exhibition, a series of monthly vernissages in the historic interiors of the Humboldt University in Berlin, promoting Polish artists who create in Germany. The artist's last fascination is painting on canvas.
Professional experience related to the possibilities of expression and form that computer programs, acquired for the needs of commercial graphic works, offer today, inspired the artist to different forms of expression. Over time, spontaneous and experimental computer trials have become thought-out, controlled artistic activities, aimed at maximum simplification of form, elimination of unnecessary elements and full reproduction of the intended composition. As a result, over the years, a series of paintings "Transparency of Things" was created, precisely refined with the help of computer programs, and then transferred to canvas.
