Izabela Bajda
Born in Szczecin, where she completed her studies at the Fine Arts High School. Continuing her artistic education, she pursued a degree in applied graphics at the Higher School of Applied Arts. In 2006, she graduated, defending her diploma thesis under the supervision of Prof. Grzegorz Marszałek and Prof. Leszek Żebrowski. After finishing her studies, driven by her fascination with the art of photography, she decided to undertake postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Photography, completing her educational journey.
From 2005 to 2023, she lived in Warsaw, where she worked professionally as a photographer and graphic designer. She was responsible for the photographic documentation of many state events involving key figures in the government as well as foreign delegations. Reportage photography also holds an important place in her professional life as one of her main passions. Additionally, her interests include painting and ceramics, both of which she regularly develops in her artistic practice. In the field of graphics, she particularly favors vectors, the influence of which can be seen in her painting - it is geometric and simplified. She draws inspiration mainly from Art Deco and Cubism.
She is the author of numerous graphic designs for books and has created many logos and graphic designs for the institutions she has collaborated with. She has produced countless flyers and promotional posters as part of her professional obligations. Her works have been featured in many group and individual exhibitions both in Poland and abroad. Since 2023, she has been living near Zielona Góra, where she continues to develop her greatest passions and seeks new inspirations and opportunities to present her artistic achievements.
