Krzysztof Kopeć was born in 1972 in Chorzów. He graduated from the Institute of Artistic Education of the WSP in Częstochowa. In 1999 he obtained a diploma in painting specialization in the studio of prof. Wincenty Maszkowski. In 2002, he also completed the Postgraduate Studies in Drawing and Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław (specialization: Painting in the studio of Prof. Leszek Mickoś).
Since 2004, he has belonged to the Association of Polish Artists. He also belongs to the interdisciplinary group "Young Arts". He took part in several dozen exhibitions in the country and abroad. His painted paintings are in the collections of the Silesian Museum, the City Museum in Siemianowice Śląskie, MDK in Mikołów, MDK in Chorzów, at the Culture Promotion Center in Częstochowa and in numerous private collections in Poland and abroad. The artist is also under the permanent Artistic / Media Patronage as part of the Artistic Guarantee of Art Imperium project.
