Krzysztoff Skain May

Krzysztof Skain May was born in 1953. The son of a Warsaw bikini artist. Painter, graphic artist, poet, lyricist, set designer, stage designer, performer, musician, publicist, "utility" artist, recently also a vocalist... - generally a true, total artist, although consistently off.
He cannot find his place in today's times and that is why he backdates his works. In the 1980s and 1990s, he went back 1,000 years. Today he would like to live in 207 AD.

He mainly paints paintings on canvas and paper. He exhibits very often in Poland and around the world.
He creates album and cassette covers, posters, illustrations for books, programs and other publications.

Since 2007, he has been a participant of the terenowy.info collective, within which he works both as a painter and set designer, participating in the project's activities (Ujazdowski Castle, Palace of Culture and Science, Zoya Gallery, Squat Elba), and as a musician in the self-generated collective section of the Terenowy.live band.
