Sebastian Kubica was born in 1975 in Żywiec. In 1995, he graduated from the Julian Fałat Public High School of Fine Arts in Bielsko-Biała. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow (Graphic Design Department in Katowice). His specialties are graphic design, drawing, illustration, artistic engraving, and painting. He runs his own studio of posters and illustrations at the Institute of Visual Arts in Cieszyn and the University of Silesia in Katowice. He gives lectures and leads workshops for graphic design students at universities in Poland and abroad, including the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Chile, China, Iceland, and Panama, Mexico. He has organized several dozen solo exhibitions and participated in several hundred collective presentations in Poland and abroad, including Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, Finland, Iran, China, the United States, Japan, Panama, Mexico and Korea. He is a member of AGI (Alliance Graphique Internationale) and FECO Poland (Polish Federation of Cartoonists' Organizations).
