This small work demonstrates the confidence with which Berezowska created her art, evident in the bold ink strokes and the dynamic character of the drawing. The illustration appears as if taken from a whimsical children’s book, yet it also carries a hint of unease—noticeable, for example, in the expressions on the faces of the portrayed figures.
