The painting was inspired by a basket of apples by Paul Cezanne. The picture was also painted naturally with similar objects arranged in my studio, as the master had painted this picture in the past. A tribute to Paul Cezann's still lifes, which were revolutionary in their simplicity ... Impressionism in a modern interpretation is my heart for painting.
