The process of "braking" the canvas with a massive needle and then sewing it together reflects the destroy vs mend, wounded vs stitched together, the process of damaging and repairing.
Leaves a space to interfere with the piece by giving the collector the possibility to cut short the hanging wool according to own preferences.
