As with most of my works, the inspiration for this painting was nature and animals that I love observing in their natural environment, spending a lot of time there. Living surrounded by fields and forests, I have the opportunity to contact nature at any time of the day and year. It is difficult to imagine something more diverse and changeable than the nature that surrounds us. The same fragment of landscape, trees, patchwork of fields or grass fields look completely different in summer and in autumn. Looking at the same forest passage at sunrise and at noon, you can experience completely different impressions, sometimes they are barely noticeable differences in chiaroscuro, more often clear and strong colors changing every hour.
