Agata Dorobek She graduated from the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Poznań (currently the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of Arts in Poznań). Diploma with honors in drawing in 1993. He works in painting, drawing, photography, graphics, illustration and artistic textiles. Illustrator of many books published by various publishing houses. She published artistic drawings in the magazines Nowy Nurt and Czas Kultury. Scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and Art in 1993. Founder of the UV Art Gallery online platform for the promotion of contemporary art. Honored with the main prize of the National Competition XIII Poznański Salon Robinsonada 2023 and second prize in 2022 and distinction in 2021. Winner of the second prize of the National Review of Young Paintings "PROMOCJE'93" Legnica. In 20006, she was awarded in the design competition "NIECH CIĘUWAŻĄ" of the Focus monthly. In 2007, she was awarded in the 4th National Biennale of Painting and Unique Textiles in Gdynia, in 2012 and 2022, she was awarded in the National Competition "BARWY MORZA" in Gdynia. In 2022, nominated for an award in the 2nd International Competition SMALL ART FORMS in Rzeszów. Participant of over 70 foreign exhibitions, including in Australia, Germany, Ukraine and domestic ones, including: in: Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań, Kraków, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot, Szczecin, Toruń, Rzeszów, Legnica, Nowy Sącz, Częstochowa, Olsztyn, Włocławek, Ostróda. Winner of many artistic competitions, including: several editions of the International Biennial of Pastels in Nowy Sącz, the International CYBERFOTO Competition in Częstochowa, several editions of the International Triennial of Miniature Weaving in Gdynia, the Triennial of Polish Contemporary Painting in Rzeszów, several editions of the National Biennial of Painting and Unique Textiles in Gdynia, several editions of the Festival of Polish Contemporary Painting in Szczecin, several editions of the National Exhibitions of Miniature Weaving and Unique Textiles in Łódź and many other competitions. The artist's works are in the collections of the Central Textile Museum in Łódź, the Gdynia City Museum, the Śrem Land Museum and private collections in Poland and abroad.
