Angelika Mus-Nowak
A graduate of architecture at the Krakow University of Technology, and currently a PhD student in philosophy at the Department of Philosophy of Natural Sciences at the Jagiellonian University. A unique combination of an artistic soul with a strict mind. She is fascinated by nature, which she looks at through the eyes of a scientist. Her works, beneath the surface of impressionist landscapes, constitute an in-depth study of physical phenomena observable in nature. The propagation of the wave, the scattering of light - these non-obvious determinants of the appearance of the world - are the actual subject of her paintings. Usually, she is inspired by reflective mood and philosophical thoughts. Philosophy is the art of wondering and asking about seemingly simple matters. Philosophers usually use words, but you can also use images.
