Anna Hałat

Anna Hałat Graduate of the State High School of Fine Arts in Bielsko-Biała. She completed her master's degree in Art Education in the Field of Fine Arts, specializing in Sculpture, at the Institute of Art of the Pedagogical University of Krakow. In 2008, she defended her diploma under the supervision of Dr. Hab. Janina Jeleńska-Papp

Since 2005, she has been designing and creating artistic ceramics in the Ars Nova studio. She creates ceramic sculptures. In her works, she tries to emphasize the nature of the material in which she works, often preserving its color and texture. She introduces openwork, cuts, cracks or shifts, which do not disturb the harmony but make the viewer aware of the artist's presence. In decoration, she often uses the gilding technique using metal or aluminum.

My works can be found in private collections in Poland, Germany, Dubai and the United States, among others.
