Anna Schumacher

Studies at the Faculty of Art History of the Jagiellonian University and the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow Diploma in 2001 in the Painting Studio of prof. Sławomir Karpowicz and in the Book Design and Typography Studio under the supervision of prof. Roman Banaszewski. From 2003 he belongs to Z.P.A.P. She deals with easel painting, collage, lithography, as well as press and book illustration. In the years 2000 - 2017, she had twenty-five individual painting exhibitions in art galleries (Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany), participates in numerous group exhibitions of painting, drawing and artistic plein-airs in Poland and abroad (France, Denmark, Slovakia, Czech Republic , Germany, Italy). She is also a curator of exhibitions of other artists. The originator and artistic curator of the International Artistic Plein-air architect Anna Górska. Schumacher's paintings can also be admired at art auctions at auction houses. She lives and works in Zakopane.
