Jacek Sempoliński was born on March 27, 1927 in Warsaw, where he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts. In the years 1953-1957 he made the polychromes of the reconstructed tenement houses of the New and Old Town in Warsaw. There were musical, iconographic and symbolic threads in his work. He focused on the work of light and texture.
