DISPLAYS: He was born in 1954 in Liptovsky Mikulas, Slovakia. He studied at the Maciej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, where he obtained a PhD in the theory of visual arts and education. He also studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and obtained a doctorate in art. He is a member of the Slovak Union of Visual Artists in Bratislava. He works as a teacher at the Maciej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. The main field of his work is chamber painting. In his works, he deals with various topics, but he is primarily interested in religious considerations. In addition to painting, he is also involved in journalism and writes articles on fine art and art theory.
