Jarosław Luteracki
Jarosław Luteracki is an artist born in 1967 in Tomaszów Mazowiecki. He graduated from the PWSSP in Łódź at the Faculty of Textiles and Clothing (drawing and painting studio of Prof. J. Kudukis, decorative printing studio of Prof. M. Zielińska).
He deals with easel and wall painting, sculpture, design and implementation of applied art objects and interior decoration. He runs his own studio "a rebours" in Łódź, and since 1998 the Summer Gallery in Inowłodz. In the 90's he also dealt with interior decoration and illusionist painting on the walls. This activity has had a great impact on his current work.
The use of ornamental and ornamental elements has been a continuous participation in the creation of structures on planes building the composition of his paintings. These compositions, strongly constructed using a narrow contrasted range of colors, give the paintings a somewhat abstract dimension. At first glance, however, you can see that their main feature is the story. The artist paints pictures depicting interpersonal, male-female relationships, playful life situations, usually suspended in a metaphorical world, which brings his work closer to Magic Realism. He creates his painting stories through symbols, strongly linking them to the content of the titles of the paintings.
