Marek Fijałkowski

Marek Fijałkowski was born on December 16, 1974. In 2001, he graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He is engaged in oil figurative painting. As he says, all his art is devoted to a fascination with the figure of a woman, and he draws inspiration for his work from mass culture. In his paintings, he focuses mainly on visualizing emotions, mental state, as well as bringing out eroticism from a woman. The goal is to restore to women the inner beauty that was lost in the process of commercialization of their purely physical image.
