The artist hails from Sandomierz, where he grew up and completed high school specializing in historic preservation. He later pursued studies at the Interior Architecture Department of WSSIP in Łódź. His artistic work is primarily focused on painting. For the past five years, he has been creating surrealistic, realistic, and expressive paintings, showcasing his extensive creative range. His works have found homes with collectors both domestically and across various European countries. Mariusz Zając has also displayed his paintings in smaller exhibitions in Łódź.
