Olga Wolniak
Olga Wolniak was born in 1957 in Rangoon, Burma. She graduated from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where she obtained her diploma in the studio of Tadeusz Dominik. He uses his own, unconventional painting techniques, such as acrylic on newspaper backing or works made on X-ray films. The main theme of her work is women and their everyday activities, and in her works she also depicts eastern carpets with prehistoric motifs. He creates murals for the architectural studios Bogusławski i Partnerzy, JEMS Architekci and for the architect A. Wyszyński. She has participated in many collective and individual exhibitions in Poland and abroad, and her works are in the collections of, among others, Studio Gallery and Zachęta Gallery in Warsaw, IIana Goor Museum in Jaffa and Marta Tarabuła's collection in Krakow.
