Piotr Sujka
Piotr Sujka was born in 1971 in Puławy. He graduated from the Faculty of Painting with a specialization in wall painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. The main theme of his works is landscape, primarily urban, and still life.
At a certain period of his life, Sujka painted many landscapes from Kazimierz Dolny, to which he still has great sentiment. But his greatest passion and vocation is wall painting, especially sacred painting.
Since 2008, the artist has been living and working in Albania, in the city of Shkodra. There, through his work, he helps the Catholic Church rebuild itself, both physically and spiritually, because it was completely destroyed during communism. His paintings can be seen throughout Albania, as he is the author of paintings in the parishes of Dobrac, Lac-Korbunit, Bilaj, Guri and Zi, Balldren, Derven, Bajza, in the parish of Arra e MAdhe in Shkoder and in the chapel of Radio Maryja in Tirana.
