Wiesław Król
Wiesław Król was born in 1965 in Dąbrowa Górnicza. He is a painter and musician, he obtained the title of master of arts education. He graduated from the State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Dąbrowa Górnicza, then the Institute of Fine Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Częstochowa - an artistic direction, receiving a diploma with distinction from prof. Tadeusz Wencel.
He deals with various types of easel and monumental painting. He makes many oil paintings and frescoes for religious and historical buildings. He loves space, mountains and water, that's why he likes to paint mountain and marine landscapes. And it is marine science that pulls him to search for a reality unreal in which he would like to find something truly his. He is a valued portraitist and performer of sacred-themed paintings.
One of his most important monumental works are frescoes in the halls and chapel of the castle in Bobolice in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. He exhibited his paintings with in Częstochowa, Zakopane, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Bobolice, and Nuremberg.
